Eichenauer offers Custom Engineered Flanged Immersion Heaters for OEM's and Stock Flanged Immersion Heaters for replacement in existing applications.
Flanged immersion heaters consist of a metallic tube sheath, an inner heating coil and compacted magnesium oxide as the electric insulation material. These tubular element heaters are available with copper, steel, stainless steel and INCOLOY elements and can be mounted to a customized 2.5", 3.0", 4.5" or 5.75" square flange or a 6" round flange
Immersion heaters are routinely used to heat liquids in a tank. This is most effective method to heat a container of fluid. Eichenauer’s Flanged heaters can be incorporated in various markets and applications:
